這次是防疫期間,媽媽生日所以來外帶。
一顆星給服務員、一顆星給客家大腸。

小酸菜肉片湯($80):非常酸,湯頭普通,無特別令人驚艷之處。
沙茶炒羊肉($150):炒功跟口味都很差,羊肉很細碎。
芹菜軟絲($150):芹菜很老,但軟絲是新鮮的。沒有入味,也是很普通。
蛤蜊絲瓜($120):絲瓜鮮嫩,蛤蜊也新鮮沒有沙,但調味太重,掩蓋絲瓜清甜滋味。
嗆魚肚($180):味道普通,有點紅燒的概念,魚肚是新鮮的。
鐵板豆腐($180):豆腐本身煎炸得鮮嫩完整,但醬汁沒有吸進豆腐裡,導致豆腐歸豆腐、醬歸醬,原本應該是最不難又最可口的菜,非常可惜。
魚香茄子($150):口味可以,但賣相跟烹調手法都不對。茄子完全失色,烹調手法似塔香茄子。魚香茄子應為豬絞肉、辛香料切得極碎爆香,不是這樣的。光茄子沒有維持紫色就知道炒功要加油。
宮保蝦球($220):蝦球有9顆,份量有誠意,但口味蠻奇怪的一道菜,沒有宮保的香氣跟辣味,就感覺混了洋蔥跟辣椒下去炒。
**客家大腸(就薑絲炒大腸,$150):除了腸子實在切得細小(每塊不足1公分),這道菜的口味大推!豆醬香氣濃厚不死鹹,薑絲香又不過辣,重點是用醋非外頭刺鼻難以下嚥的重醋精味,非常涮嘴!
三杯田雞($250):沒有想到會吃到「有明顯田雞味」的三杯田雞……,後面有點難以下嚥,肉質也太柴了。
蔭鼓蚵($150):其實應該為「豉ㄔˇ」才對。所有菜裡面最差勁的一道!全都是豆腐,蚵又少、又小、又不甜。蔭豉加得也不夠,整道菜淡而無味,大雷!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 價錢平實,但招牌的炒麵類不行,我點了四種他們家的炒麵每碗都滿滿的黑胡椒,根本應該叫鐵板炒麵才對,口味完全不是外面賣的普通炒麵那種醬油為主的調味,因為黑胡椒灑太多吃完已經不記得他們肉和麵煮得如何了...。
另外我們點宮保雞丁、客家小炒口味很普通,非常清淡沒有看名字該有的重油重鹹,最後櫃檯人員跟他點單會搞錯要自己多注意。

點了80元便當,打開來覺得很澎湃!
菜也裝得滿滿的~速度非常快!
但美中不足的地方
是吃了兩口,看到有頭髮在糖醋魚的醬內⋯
希望下次能多留意(因為是一打開還沒翻動就看到了)
