★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為快篩陽性確診在家隔離，利用line預約視訊看診，本來以為會等很久才能看到，沒想到隔天就排到了，我是由周醫師替我問診，周醫師非常親切且很詳細的問診，看診完也如願拿到清冠一號(當然是請家人代領)，我非常推薦八德風澤中醫。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今早約9點受託家人來貴診所辦事，因貴診所失誤誤植診斷書確診者日期，又重複收取200元，昨天在電話中雙方也說好，直接到貴診所領取改正版診斷書和退款；進入貴診所櫃檯解釋來歷一半時，被你們的櫃檯人員打斷，一直以為我是來強行要求你們改診斷書日期，態度口氣極差，現場6、7個民眾都在看，羞愧至極，最後你們裡面有較資深人員出來處理才解決，櫃檯人員自始至終都沒道歉，也不敢看我，真心覺得你們的員工素質要再加強，畢竟你們是連鎖中醫診所，商譽很重要。
