★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此古道為昔日大溪城區往來三層地區之必經步道。(前往美華地區也可走本古道或尾寮古道)
古道起點從復興路(台七線)山腳處開始，一路爬坡，經幾個小彎後，即可抵達三層之小角仔農業道路，並銜接現今之「桃58縣道」。
昔日，大溪國際戲院老闆杜伯英先生所經營之順和煤礦開採時期(1961~1986年)，礦工們上工除了搭乘運煤車外，此步道亦是從城區步行前往礦區之捷徑。
This ancient trail is a must-pass for the three-story area of Daxi City in the past. (You can also take the Ben Gu Road or Meiliao Road to the Meihua area)
The starting point of the ancient road starts at the foot of Fuxing Road (Taiqi 7th Line), climbs all the way, and after a few small bends, you can reach the Xiaojiaozai Agricultural Road on the third floor, which connects to today's "Tao 58 County Road".
In the past, during the mining period of Shunhe Coal Mine (1961~1986) operated by Mr. Du Boying, the owner of Daxi International Theater, in addition to taking coal trucks, this walkway was also a short walk from the urban area to the mining area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樓梯走上去再原路走下來就這樣，沒有景觀也沒風景。若要健行也不適合，樓梯太陡距離也很短不建議前往。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從省道台7線與美山路交叉路口旁步道上行，路線都是石階而上的階梯，步道靠右側還另外加一層階梯，因此帶小孩也可以適應他們的步輻，走到上層末段通達桃58鄉道美華里12鄰。全長步長約250公尺，約10分鐘可以走完全程。
