碗粿冷的,蘿蔔乾死鹹,沒香味,醬油蒜死鹹,綜合魚丸湯沒甚麼好喝。完全不及格的碗粿,純地雷,不用浪費時間和錢。

叫了碗原味碗粿,這碗粿應該是生平第一次感覺碗粿也能做得如此陽春,跟平常吃的南部碗粿那種滿滿的多樣餡料完全不一樣,這碗粿白白的粿,裡頭沒有任何餡料,只有頂上澆了一些鹹鹹的「菜脯」,桌上有蒜蓉醬油可自行添加,十足的客家味,但我不確定這算不算是客家口味的食物,只是印象中客家人的食物一般都是較純樸的類型,這個碗粿完全符合這標準;用餐中,進門的客人絡繹不絕,生意算不錯的了,偶爾還有人在門外等位置,餐點上桌後,老闆會收錢,他們的碗粿也可以外帶,保存期三天左右,可以直接入微波爐加熱,每份台幣30元。 總結,這碗粿味道不能說美味,但有一定的傳統味,來吃這個應該要帶有一點文化傳承的情懷,這樣吃起來便多出一份悠雅,到大溪老街一遊不妨也來上一碗~ 2021-12-10
