秀波電子創始於1971年，現有三峽、大溪、馬來西亞、東莞秀特、磁波、住秀及蘇州秀特等七個生產據點；主要產品以鐵氧磁體及電子陶瓷之生產與釹鐵硼燒結磁石之加工，行銷國內外，為世界知名之製造廠商，各生產據點自1995年起已分別取得ISO9001之品質認證，海外生產據點的馬來秀馬、東莞秀特、磁波、住秀及蘇州秀特等，也分別於2004年起通過ISO14001之認證。
此外，大陸東莞廠更於2010年通過ISO/TS16949之認證而持續維護到現在。
2013年7月設立新秀波磁能股份有限公司，並於2014年起轉由新秀波磁能為秀波電子體系之營運總部。

Xinxiubo Magnetic Energy Co., Ltd. was established in July 2013, and in 2014, Xinxiubo Magnetic Energy was transferred to Xiubo Electronic System's operating headquarters.
