★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歡喜樓這一個社區優點少問題多住在哪裡買東西是十分方便的，加上原住民也是蠻多的，社區裡面的人是一半的一半(一半好的)另外(一半是心腸好的)所以說他們社區裡的住戶的意見是非常多的，而且也合來也好相處他們哪裡好心腸的人没有幾個，大部份都是心腸非常壞的。
