★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/11參加電商活動, 在 pchome 商店街購買此店家商品. 一個禮拜後取消我訂單, 說廠商不出貨. 因此造成電商活動回饋失效.
店家有幾點讓我覺得不滿
1. 訂購後店家打了一通電話, 我查手機紀錄發現沒接到. 幾天後就直接取消訂單 (也沒有多打一通或是透過email, 商店街私訊聯絡) -> 店家說是新人的關係
2. 商品在商店街就算可以點選立即購買, 也不代表有庫存 -> 店家說一般人會私訊先問有沒有庫存

價格有一些折扣，保固可以找原廠也可以找店家。以實體店鋪來說，雖然價格不像網路有節慶時特別低，但可以有保固服務、教學什麼的，就覺得很值得?。
