There is no doubt that this home-cooked Taiwanese cuisine has been known since childhood for at least 30+ years. In the early days, it was a gathering place for my father's golf and golf friends, and later it was a good place for our family to eat out on weekends. Fried noodles, chicken, goose, fried pig scalp, deep-fried river shrimp and fish,,,, are all liquidated every time I come.
