★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食材新鮮不意外，難得的是老闆手藝很不錯。特殊的烹調方式（胡椒鹽燒/奶油洋蔥）魚湯鮮嫩無骨，連不吃魚的老公都破例了。除了養鱒場開放參觀以外，附近環境清幽，可以到卡拉溪對岸的露營區跟香菇園走走消食！
 The freshness of the ingredients is not surprising, and the rare thing is that the boss’s craftsmanship is very good. The special cooking method (seasoned with pepper and salt/butter onion) fish soup is tender and boneless, even the husband who doesn't eat fish makes an exception. In addition to the open visit of the trout farm, the surrounding environment is quiet, and you can go to the camping area on the opposite bank of the Kara River and the mushroom garden to walk and eat!

紅鱒新鮮酥脆相當美味，餐廳內有潺潺流水聲，進餐廳時還有一股木頭的香味，值得再次造訪～
