★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 簡直爛透了，無法開出病人需要的藥量還不讓病人做精神鑑定，我是因為車禍傷到腦才造成情緒無法控制，他們還要求要在他們醫院連續看滿六個月才能做鑑定，政府跟本沒這規定，他們已違反政府規定，請大家多加打1999檢舉他的不法行為。
