自己很喜歡自助旅行,所以為了荷包找想都選聯航,上次搭虎航經驗不錯,這次就選擇了虎航去沖繩 結果令我愕然,在昨天晚上IT289班機回程高雄,我們光是check in 取機票就排隊一個多小時,簡直不可思議,而且也不能提前check in 硬是等到飛機起飛前的2小時才可以,也就是晚上6點,等了一個多小時,總算在7:11拿到登記證,用跑的過海關,在7:25通關,進去找登記門,之後想要逛免稅商品的時間都沒有,只好隨便抓然後排隊結帳,就一直聽到用中文廣播要我們立即登機…用衝的到登機口,機票檢驗機故障就只好在那邊等一下,之後上飛機。 但是放好行李坐下,卻還是要等在我們之後check in 的旅客上飛機,如此周折順利回國,只是我搭過那麼多次的飛機,這次的經驗讓我不會再次選擇虎航搭機,太考驗自己跑百米的速度了!而且我們是2位大人,我還有看到托家帶口的小孩不是哭,就是等太久直接睡著…真是為了那些可愛的家長捏把冷汗…

很爛,因為疫情而取消退款 (日本) 效率拖拖拉拉 申請後足足兩個月後才得以退款,重點是服務費沒有退 (改機票部分) 不知道什麼意思 是服務在哪裡?? 根本坑人,飛機根本沒有飛 捷星航空退款倒是比較爽快 一個禮拜就退款完成 也沒有扣服務費

結論:有機會會再搭乘虎航出遊。 1. 2018第一次搭乘虎航前往東京(IT200),不知道是因為小飛機的關係(180人座的),去成田與回桃園在降落都很穩定,飛行中也很穩定,不會不舒服。 2. 機組服務人員的態度也蠻好的。 3. 線上訂票流程和樂桃接近,都還蠻簡單的,不過在訂的時候,姓和名的填寫和其它家不同,結果姓寫成名,只好打電話請虎航人員協助修改 4. 到達成田機場機,有空橋可以走出去,而且是停在第2航廈。(樂桃往沖繩是直接從飛機走下去,感覺就不是很好) 5. 整體來說,以廉航的費用來說,虎航下次還是會再考慮搭乘。

真不敢相信,買了40公斤,只使用18公斤要在關西機場被日籍地勤酸,有一袋是特產了跟他說不託運,他還是打單了(我以為他還要再測重才再放回測重台),然後要求我要託運!!!一直看到他貼了託運趕緊跟他說不託就開始酸我買幾公斤(拜託,這是重點嗎?我怕特產被毀不可以?)跟他說不託還一直講一堆! 很少坐廉航,看前面有的旅客check臉就超臭的,如果在香草跟樂桃會允許員工這樣嗎? 虎航都是這樣做員工教育的嗎?還是廉航連禮貌都要付費???? #letsguide #localguides #airplane

A very very irresponsible airliner. They cancelled the flights due to damaged KIX airport (which is totally understandable), then they gave you a Taiwan local number (landline) to call them to ask or arrange for alternatives. I spent hours (yes, literally hours) and thousands of dollars (waiting online on roaming) and still could not get through. Good job! Shame from Taiwan!

TigerAir are thieves!! They have a no refund policy, which is fair enough for a low budget airline. But they will not accommodate changes, or even offer credit for a flight cancellation well in advance of the fly date. Be careful when booking through their website. If you change the date of one leg it could automatically change the other leg of a round trip flight. I made this mistake and did not realize it had changed until I received my confirmation email. Immediately, I contacted customer service and was told there is nothing they can do. Their suggestion was to just not board one flight and buy a new ticket for the flight I needed. This is simply terrible customer service and bad business.
