我是在10/10凌晨搭乘客運前往北車、西門町方向,回到家後發現一袋東西遺留在車上,隨即撥電話至貴公司總站,起初服務人員的態度並不是很好,我一再強調我的東西確定是放在車上,請他協助尋找,之後回電給我是說沒有看到,剛好司機及站務人員都在附近,也再三確認沒有東西。過了不到十分鐘我又再撥了一次電話確認,站務人員仍堅定他們看了四次都沒有東西了! 早上10.多又再撥了一次電話給貴公司總站,希望可以調閱監視器已協助觀看是否有人偷竊,這次的站務人員態度極佳,很有耐心聽我說明,跟我解釋了調閱監視器的條件,也詢問事情原委,最後決定再幫我上車尋找一次,結果東西就在車上,確認內容物之後即協助我在北車領取。真的非常謝謝這位先生的幫忙,如我沒有撥這通電話及您耐心的協助,我可能就錯過找回東西的時機了!這五顆星是給您的!
