★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三層樓中型廟宇，1987年設立，一樓主祀雲部地藏王菩薩，二樓主祀准提佛母，陪祀神明韋陀伽藍，右殿觀世音菩薩文昌帝君，左殿斗姥太歲，五方福德。三樓主祀玉皇上帝，陪祀神明三官大帝，南北斗星君。神明及儀式皆有詳細介紹，兩側塔樓高大，玉皇殿前有特殊的生肖圖案香爐。
A three-story medium-sized temple was established in 1987. The first floor worships the Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva of Yunbu, the second floor worships Zhunti Buddha, the god Vedagalan, the right temple Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva Wenchang Emperor, and the left temple Doumu Taisui, Five points of merit. On the third floor, the host worships the Jade Emperor God, and accompanies the god Sanguan, the Southern and Northern Dipper. The gods and ceremonies are all introduced in detail. The towers on both sides are tall and there is a special zodiac censer in front of the Jade Emperor Hall.
