司機行駛道路時常逞快，詢問價錢或是站別也不知道究竟在不耐煩什麼，了解司機很辛苦心情時常都不美麗，但我們作為一個態度良好的乘客詢問金額路線問題，卻得到這種不尊重及非常不禮貌的回應，甚至聽著耳機不太回應你，想請問貴公司是否有在尊重自己的事業與專業。
乘客的確可以不爽不要搭，但若漸漸你們路線乘載量下降，收益減少，最後砍班，損害的也是貴公司及旗下司機，幫人幫己，懇請加強司機教育訓練及素質。

Passengers can really be uncomfortable, but if you gradually decrease the load on your route, the revenue will decrease, and finally you will cut off the work, which will also damage your company and its drivers, help others, and urge you to strengthen driver education and quality.
