★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青埔早期社區，捷運a17對面，通勤方便，但捷運噪音從凌晨5點開始持續到半夜00：30。建材施工一般，10樓頂樓已有漏水案例。樓板極薄，樓上住戶若不穿拖鞋，保證樓下每天若打鼓聲的腳步聲不絕於耳！樓下關門聲及物品碰撞噪音若不放輕，樓上一樣清楚聽見。隔壁連棟噪音也會互相干擾。總之住這必需上下左右住戶都很有公德心，不然就是本身需具備極高的忍耐力。(本人是住了4年已準備換屋的住戶)

(I am a resident who has lived in a house for 4 years and is ready to change house)
