部分格局空間沒有陽光。
有西曬問題。
去參觀的時候，意外發現棟距很小。竟然可以一清二楚看見對面的住戶在做什麼。連談話聲都能聽得很清楚。
The community hall is heavily oppressed.
The community atrium is incomplete.
Part of the pattern space is not sunny.
There is a sun exposure problem.
