★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 考量住桃園青埔可以搭高鐵到台北上班通勤，今(2021)年過年後決定從新北市新店區搬過來，很幸運剛好葉先生要賣房子，所以就順利買下來並搬進來，入住已經將近半年，非常喜歡這種電梯別墅型社區，兼顧大樓及透天厝的優點，有警衛管理、有電梯不用爬樓梯、有垃圾場、有代收信件、有中庭花園、有自己的花圃、有自己的車庫...最重要的是每天早上搭7:28的高鐵去台北只要16分鐘，7:44就到台北車站了，比我以前住新店去公司的通勤時間還短。
