前天看新聞說流感疫苗開放全年齢施打,昨天早上就打電話到大園衞生所詢問有流感疫苗可打嗎? 回覆有,於是立即前往。 掛號後在排隊時,聽到後方傳來抱怨的談話: 整個早上都在接這些沒意義的電話,真是浪費時間…,就已經知道可以打疫苗了,直接來就好還打電話來問…,又不是問什麼專業問題…。兩位小姐抱怨的很熱絡。 我好奇轉頭看看,那小姐坐的位置是「服務台」!??? 我誤會什麼了嗎?服務台不是為民眾解決問題提供服務的嗎? 因為我自己也打電話問了,怕太踴躍疫苗已經施打完了,避免白跑一趟就先電話詢問,畢竟單程就要要8公里。 一共大概3、4個人而已,有的是要健檢的),並不是很繁忙的狀態,感覺服務態度真的很差!
