★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度極差!找了店員詢問都沒正眼看過,還一直做著自己的事!詢問產品使用問題一副自己看啊或是回答問題也一副幹嘛問這個問題!還是他們的門市人員只是上架跟結帳的功能?!商品我覺得CP值是很高的!但門市的消費體驗很差!

拿了500後且說明要用載具
後續店員就提供收據和明細後就說OK了
我沒注意到應該是要找錢就走了
後來發現我是給現金不是刷卡,收據上也有看到收500元要找275
但此時店已經打烊了,無法回去詢問
我承認當下沒確認是我疏失,但這樣的感受很不好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始還不相信評論說的,今天去購物才知道評論是真的,結帳的店員專業知識不夠就算了,結帳時沒告知停車折扣的事情態度也很冷淡,到了停車場又回到店裡詢問另一個店員,他去詢問結帳的店員有無告知停車折抵事項,結帳店員竟然回說有告知,變成店員再質疑是誰的問題,後來才幫忙退刷在重新結帳一次。要去買東西最好是自己做好功課再去買。
