我是此社區住戶，鍾小姐為人熱心，我只是簡單提個關於羊稠里相關活動的問題，她就非常熱心的幫我搜集相關資訊、老人會活動等等。
也聽別棟住戶談起，說她行動不便，有時外送送便當、送牛奶，她也會熱心送上樓
即使在跟她聊天有別的住戶經過，她也是面帶微笑打招呼。
她就是常常笑笑的，所以不明白怎麼會有態度不佳的言論？
而會和早班秘書坐在一起或附近的只有主任，是否是誤會？
