星期五早上就顯示分貨配送結果等一整天都沒來是啥鬼誰新豐營業所我也查不到我乾脆自己去提貨算了啥爛公司

太爛了吧 5月17號物件就已經顯示到桃園聚鼎分發中心,5月18號顯示來不及配送,5月19號一直聯絡至今(過程一路艱辛,電話超難打不是不接就是服務人員敷衍),今天都已經5月23號了都無法回復我貨物到底有沒有配送出來,試問全台有哪家物流公司配送6天還沒送達的,真是太誇張了,真的是全台最爛物流公司5月24號依舊電話打沒接不然就是幫你查一下就掛斷再也打不進去了,5月25號也是今天早上好不容易打進去了要我留資料幫我查再回復我也沒有,一直到下午快2點家人才打電話跟我說到貨了,1件貨17號清關要跑7~8天才配送到達,天天打電話聯絡不是不接就是敷衍幫你查,查個屁查好幾天也沒能回復或到底是有沒有配送出來 確認是全台最爛物流

-06/07更新- 05/19出清後,今天終於收到貨了,配送的是小型物流公司,司機告知包裹在05/20就到倉庫了,但因為包裹上寫兩件就一直在等另一件到貨(另一件已於05/26由新竹物流送達)。 但客服一開始回覆05/24就請新竹物流收走⋯,事實是我的包裹其實一直被藏在倉庫裡面,客服壞壞騙人^_^。 找回包裹的方式可以參考一下,看評論還有很多人的包裹目前消失中。(我是從淘寶找私人集運,並選擇由新竹物流配送,包裹到台灣後,由此物流公司協助分貨) 1.詢問該公司客服包裹配送狀況,待他回覆由哪間物流配送後,馬上找該物流公司查詢有沒有配送紀錄(我是找新竹,打電話問客服比較快)。 2.回電該公司包裹並沒有被新竹物流配送,請他去倉庫找包裹,通常他們會說有消息會再回電,但我建議自己打電話去找他們比較快。(我30分鐘就打一次?。你若不急,他們就不會馬上幫你處理) 3.若被告知倉庫找不到,恭喜你,請去找淘寶的私人集運公司客服,表示包裹不在物流公司也沒有被配送的記錄,請他們立即調查包裹狀態,若真的不見要求全額賠款。 4.建議如果出清後7天收不到貨,就要積極去調查你的包裹是不是被塞在倉庫的角落裡。 剛好這次配合的私人集運有全額賠款的服務,加上客服也很有耐心處理,在我06/02投訴後,06/07收到包裹(中間卡到端午節),如果自己不積極處理,我想包裹因該就消失在黑洞裡面了(;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)。 其實在和這間客服溝通時,一度崩潰大暴怒,因為他們一直是沒辦法幫你處理喔~你在等等喔~的態度,幸好在我即將選擇放棄的時候,包裹終於來了!!! ——————————— 從05/19出倉到現在都還沒收到包裹,打電話問說在新竹物流那,問新竹卻告知根本沒收到,再次向他們詢問後才說可能在倉庫中還要找找,最後當然是沒有看到,然後又推說可能在其他倉庫???? 客服說會回電給你,都是假的,如果不一直回撥他們根本不處理,只會一直回覆說是新人、疫情人手不足⋯叭叭叭之類的。人手不足處理慢是一回事,事實上是一開始就一直欺騙顧客包裹狀態,原本追蹤運單還能查到5/24到站,今天ㄧ打電話後就刪掉到站訊息¯\_(ツ)_/¯? 你想要你的包裹?那就努力打電話煩客服吧,他們處不處理,那就是一回事了¯\_(ツ)_/¯。

Ask the company's customer service about the delivery status of the package, and after he replies which logistics company is delivering, immediately find the logistics company to check whether there is a delivery record (I'm looking for Hsinchu, it's faster to call customer service). 2. Call back The company's package has not been delivered by Hsinchu Logistics, ask him to go to the warehouse to find the package, usually they will call back when there is news, but I suggest calling them to find them faster. (I call once every 30 minutes ?. If you are not in a hurry, they will not help you immediately) 3. If you are told that the warehouse cannot be found, congratulations, please go to the customer service of Taobao's private shipping company, saying that the package is not in the logistics company and has no record of being delivered, please immediately investigate the status of the package, and if it is not found, ask for full compensation . 4. It is recommended that if you cannot receive the goods within 7 days after clearing, you should actively investigate whether your package is stuffed in the corner of the warehouse. In fact, it has been deceiving customers about the status of the package from the very beginning. Originally, the tracking waybill can still be checked for 5/24 arrival. Worst logistics ever I let go of my pigeons twice, but I didn't get a single call. I can't get into their company myself~ Anyway, I don't know when my goods will be delivered. There is no news from 5/19 till now.
