跟了網路地方性社團的團購,出貨前跟團主確認商品後,貨到付款收到的商品並不是原本訂購的,後續聯絡團購主完全不回應,聯絡包裹上的line客服和電話,客服表示貨是大陸賣家,他們只是運輸公司推得一乾二淨,對了,申請退款後還要扣匯費30元喔,標示收到退貨包裹後,15~20天才會退款至指定帳戶,整個過程讓人有被詐騙的感覺,各位注意了!

如各位評論所見 對,我在11月中收到通知領取包裹,那時候是想說我好像有訂東西,所以就跑去領貨了,領貨之後覺得包裹怪怪的好像跟我訂的東西不太一樣(如果覺得包裹怪怪的就千萬不要領!!!),我當下在超商小心的拆包裹,然後,對,完全不是我的東西呢!!! 之後在超商把包裹黏回去,然後照著包裹上給的Id 加line去退貨,基本上照他的退貨流程走基本不會有問題,不過建議每天追蹤處理過程,在填寫退款資料時多看看有沒有寫錯,不然到時候更改又要打客服(這個我1小時打了10通還是沒進去),提醒各位他們5點下班,所以要打提早打還要拼命打,這樣才有辦法處理你的問題。 最後,這個不是全退還扣30真的很靠北,喵的剩下看大家的評論就知道了,沒事別收....

在連書上買東西真的都要小心+小心是貨到付款是沒錯,但是收到的跟訂購的ㄧ點都不ㄧ致所以只能從長慶運通辦理退貨程序剛開始辦理的時候還滿順心的客服人員態度都很好,因爲從line長慶通裡面查看都ㄧ直沒看到退款上去留言也沒回覆所以就打電話問客服,客服說因為我的帳號錯誤所以才沒退款叫我去line長慶通那裡改帳號然後到一對一客服說改了拍照傳過去,所以就去line裡查看了沒有帳號錯誤顯示也對了下帳號也沒錯,只好又撥打了兩次跟客服人員說明一切,接通的客服人員說請稍等幫我查一下再查的過程電話就斷了無奈只好撥打第三次,接通電話的那位客服一開始開口就態度很差聲音很大,就一直狂兇我說我有錄音她說又怎麼樣你能告我什麼一直威脅我說你要不要退,不退就把包裏反寄過來給我,為了退貨辦理也真的是受到屈辱如果再讓這種客服繼續在她的崗位上班的話整個崗位的人會被她拖垮吧~這位壞客服心情不好就不要上班我們也是受害人而不是你的出氣筒好嘛~~有點教養跟水準好嘛~~

這家公司莫名寄了一份付費包裹給我,詭異地公司網頁只大剌剌放著退貨退款流程説明、退貨申請及進度查詢,也看不到客服信箱,隔天就按照他們公司的退款程序退回包裹後,就不處理退費問題,line專人服務詢問多次皆不回應退款日、打電話去詢問只會敷衍回應:在處理中。

哈!居然還拜託來這裡給五星好評,真的是傻眼。貨物來台沒有海關實名委任,有夠詭異不是嗎?被騙錢真的有夠生氣?告知退貨的運費也要退回居然跟我說盡量,荒唐!客服是我遇過態度最差沒有之一,講話真的是??到後面根本不理人。最終有加上運費的錢,但是被扣30元還是很不爽?,真的希望不要有人再被騙了?

Scam company. Have already reported to fraud bureau. They act as a forwarder for scam packages, and though they are required to provide a return service, their return webpage does not work (has been recorded and kept as evidence for fraud case). They say the packages are from unknown shippers from China but convinced it's really this company itself and group of people running the scam.
