羊肉炒飯很好吃,份量大碗,我們兩人吃一份,再點一個肉片的羊肉爐。羊肉爐本身只有玉米、白蘿蔔,其他菜是單點加進去的。湯頭沒什麼特別味道,屬於比較清淡的,等肉下去後湯才會變得好喝。

驟降的氣溫,讓大家不約而同想吃羊肉爐,我身邊愛吃羊的朋友少,所以常揪不到人,沒想到這次居然是桃園的朋友相揪,我當然要特地跑一趟,試試在桃園極有口碑的羊肉火鍋囉! 這家「羊博士」好像開了滿久的,朋友說他每次經過都很多人於是決定來吃吃看,一試之後才知道生意好的原因啊!主要是紅燒羊肉爐的湯頭清甜,再加上熱炒的菜色口味也都不錯,所以約了一攤朋友再來多吃幾道。 這裡的羊肉爐有分紅燒和清燉,我們這次吃的是清燉的,加點的白蘿蔔、高麗菜、玉米、米血糕····等等食材,上桌時就已經全都在湯底裡了,所以剛上桌時反而沒有看到幾塊羊肉,但吃著吃著,就會覺得帶骨帶皮的羊肉怎麼好像一直都撈不完。 我們點的紅燒湯底沒有濃郁的醬香,反而是以中藥材為主,我吃得出來的只有當歸和川芎,還加了米酒下去,老闆娘說沒放很多久,但我沒吃幾口就覺得臉頰發熱,莫不是我酒量愈來愈差了?? 愈煮愈清甜的湯頭,後來我們又加了羊大骨、羊嘴邊肉等等羊肉料,但到羊大骨時我已經吃不動了,所以沒啃到,可惜啊! 值得一提的是,以往吃羊肉爐就是吃鍋,但這裡的小炒類也都頗為可口,我點的炸肥腸有點煙韌,但愈嚼愈香。羊肉炒麵相當有水準,到冷了也不見大量油滲出,而且仍保持麵條彈性,上桌時大家挾了一輪仍冒著熱氣,可見師傅的鑊氣掌握得相當好。 最受好評的還有炒羊雜,羊心、羊肚、羊肝等等內臟,用酸菜和芹菜燴炒過後,酸鹹爽口,絲毫不羶,足見新鮮的程度! 感覺店開了滿久了,但是相當乾淨,偷瞄了一下廚房,連廚具都刷得很白亮,是家乾淨用心的小店。 但我沒很喜歡這裡的腐乳醬,老覺得它有股酒味~XD~是唯一可惜的地方。 啊~重點是價格很實惠呢!
