在朋友建議下,我檢查黃姓員工經手組裝的電腦,當時該員工表示塔扇及主機板保固也幫我登入弄好了而塔扇序號放他那保管。但「朋友被換料事件」後,我決定討回塔扇產品序號,才又告知我主機板有註冊而塔扇需我自行再去註冊。近日也請當時處理後續的黃姓業務經理幫忙索要購買證明並向他詢問有關產品保固問題,而業務經理講的話時常前後矛盾以及告知的資訊也與實際狀況不太一樣。 圖片連結 https://ppt.cc/fXaUNx 如圖1黃姓業務經理告知保固日期是從註冊登入的日期2020/11/21算起,經查詢本人該主機板如完成官方完整註冊可享「總共五年」的保固,照業務經理的說法保固日應會到2025/11/21。我在官方客服查詢後,如圖2官方承認的主機板保固日為2019/02/26至2022/02/26 「共3年」。而這3年也就是主機板出廠基本該享有的原廠 3 年保固日,這與前面告知的非常有出入。而主機板實際享有到的產品保固就只有「1年3個月」,簡直是重大損失。造成這樣是因爲當初註冊登入時未提供購買證明以至於官方無法認證正確的購買日而以出廠日期為保固日的起始日。 以上經驗分享 身為業務經理似乎對自己合作的產品不太了解 一顆星給願意善後的行為 至於剩下的連給一顆星都嫌多 如遇兩位服務請各位要三思

一年前想組電腦時 找黃姓A員工處理 黃姓A員工表示會幫我裝好再送來 結果收到電腦時檢查的時候發現水冷的風扇不是原本廠商給的 上面也沒有聯力的標誌 察覺有異 請黃姓A員工給個解釋 黃姓A員工說 那個是原廠給的風扇 可是原廠的為什麼沒有標誌? 一番折騰之後黃姓A員工才坦白說 他裝上去的風扇是他原本自己的 並不是原廠的???? 最後覺得這個人反反覆覆的不老實 不敢買這種不老實的人組的電腦 只買了機殼跟水冷 之後我另請高明幫我組了一台新的電腦 使用的水冷跟機殼是當初黃姓A員工幫我購買的 近期使用發現水冷有問題 要送修使用保固需要購買證明 請之前幫黃姓A員工善後的黃姓B員工處理這個問題 雖然很感謝黃姓B員工願意出面解決 可是一直答非所問,無法正確解決問題 還給錯誤的官網要求我們去登錄/查詢保固 結果我們去找正確的官網後發現沒管道可以登記跟查詢 最後在我持續要求下,黃姓B員工才幫忙要到購買證明 如有遇到這兩位請多加注意! 這兩顆星是送給願意出來善後的黃姓B員工~
