裡面附設的美甲,做個單色,每一隻顏色都不均勻就算了燈線也全部歪掉,可能是新手吧⋯真的很衰,希望員工訓練完整一點才來服務客人⋯⋯ 這樣浪費錢還要給別人重做?

5號設計師講話很大聲,從頭推銷到尾,剪髮也是在推銷,說我的頭髮不適合打薄,要燙直再調整髮量然後瘋狂推銷燙染髮券!到最後結帳時還不忘推銷客人還沒體驗過的商品卡...雷 ?但是頭皮去角質、spa跟洗頭很舒服,因為是助理妹妹做的,真心覺得很優質。

5號設計師emma 態度極差 一進門也不帶位,坐下就說這個不行燙捲也不解釋什麼原因拜託我是顧客欸這是什麼態度,當下我也說了那我不想燙了還不是你們店長來跟我解釋為什麼不能燙捲 還有正常不是理髮一開始都要先洗一次頭嗎連洗都沒洗真的很糟糕 還有離子燙藥水基本的要撲毛巾圍著也都沒有圍噴的我整個外套都是 做事情有夠粗魯頭髮就已經打結了還用力扯都反應很痛了還一樣 後面改燙直 結果上藥水上到一半直接走人換一個設計師來用 都沒有做事還要記他的單…第一次用頭髮用到這麼失望還有生氣 還有嘲諷客人無語 各位真的不要找這個設計師真的很糟糕

整體服務體驗"很差",瘋狂推銷,不加購就態度差,環境衛生也不好,虧還是大間連鎖店,這樣的品管真的不行。 走進店裡沒有消毒、量體溫就算了,坐位桌子上竟然是別桌客人洗完頭用過的毛巾!直接隨手放在我的桌上?!還有不知道是哪位設計師的梳子也是亂放,這衛生真的很可怕。 剪頭髮的設計師更是"瘋狂推銷"當你委婉拒絕後態度就很差,還說原本電話報洗+剪價錢是$388是因為他所已算便宜,不然要$588,你這樣不加購很不划算等等...,請問價錢是隨便喊的嗎?!招牌寫的價錢跟你說的價錢已經有落差了,想說算了也許是漲價,現在想想覺得很奇怪呢~ 我向來很尊重專業,但是我從這位設計師身上感受到的不是專業,而是在賣產品,根本不在呼客人的感受,我是第一次來,也是最後一次,這樣的經營方式只能攔過路客,或是像我這樣第一次來的白老鼠,可以說是一間非常大間的連鎖快剪店吧。 說到這就別問剪出來的髮型,對話過程我很客氣,但設計挺不客氣的,別說那是他本來的個性,那只是借口,與客人之間的對話也是可以訓練的,如果店長沒有去管理底下只會亂成一團。 - 瘋狂問客人接下來有沒有時間,就是要強迫你留下來做其他消費,這樣的行為非常可怕! - 如果你想體驗看看被強迫推銷並且訓練自己拒絕的人,欸~那歡迎來喔~
