從小學開始吃,吃到現在結婚生子搬到外地居住,但是有機會回老家過夜的話,還是會特地起大早去買,來吃過的朋友也對這個味道念念不忘,很讚,希望這個味道不要失傳阿~~~~

經常大排長龍的蛋餅餐車,等了20分鐘終於拿到蛋餅。闆娘一邊桿着半成品的油滋滋麵糰,一邊煎蛋餅,爐內只能放一顆蛋餅,客人大多點不少顆,所以要等候。蛋餅一份30,可以加辣(其實很不辣),餅皮很厚,軟軟的,而且我懷疑有煎熟嗎?還有點粉粉生生的口感,醬料很少,所以不會太鹹。蛋餅先裝塑膠袋再用報紙包著。跟大園蛋餅作法一樣蠻有趣的。雖然我不知道為什麼要用報紙包,哈。
