★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話想預約卻不給預約，要我到現場就好。再打一次問掛號的流程說得完全沒邏輯，我已經先打電話說如果預約掛號是2號了，為什麼別人在還沒看診前繳交健保卡我就不會是2號了？會想打電話預約就是不想在診所瞎等白等，到底是什麼邏輯、然後接電話的人態度神差？是在不耐煩什麼？

男醫師看診很隨便，問問題，也回的很不專業，開始心中懷疑他的專業度，是否爲小兒科醫師，打針的護士也很粗魯，本身是醫護背景，護士連個三讀五對也沒有，叫家長如何放心......
要不是常去的診所沒開，我ㄧ步門，也不想來貴院。服務品質極差，護士訓練待加強，醫師的專業度也..............不推。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打疫苗遇見朋友、聊天幾句；護士就以為是一起的，是沒有看到資料地址不一樣嗎？也沒先做詢問，就一起叫去診間⋯醫生詢問慢性疾病，自己的隱私全被朋友聽光感覺超級不好受！請再加強訓練！不要自以為認定

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃痛去看了醫生，一坐下跟醫師告知，他馬上就懷疑的說我是不是減重過度，我說沒有...後來開藥時我提問能否打點滴，因為吃了就又吐，他就又說我平常有催吐習慣嗎？真的讓人覺得心裡不舒服，主觀意識凌駕於專業問診....當天是真的找不到有看診的胃腸科診所才想說家醫科看看...沒想到會有這麼不舒服的感受

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我連一顆星都不想給，打電話詢問還有疫苗還有可以打嗎護士說：有。到現場掛號立即可打，到了現在掛號等了2個小時，醫生把所有視訊看診看完才輪到我打疫苗：）？？？別的診所就是單純打疫苗就結束，重點護士也沒說要等看診完才能打，我等到醫生都要準備交班了我才被叫去打針= =就這樣不到一分鐘的事情我等了兩個小時哈真的浪費我時間，又不給別人預約打疫苗，可不可以把門診跟施打疫苗的時間分開啊？？？真的很會安排時間耶^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話問有沒有疫苗，叫我隔天下午3點來隨到隨打。結果隔天等到下午3點30分鐵捲門都沒打開？？？現場也有好幾個民眾被櫃檯小姐騙來，櫃台小姐怎麼有辦法連自己診所週五下午休診都不知道還叫民眾來？？？？？？？
