★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山腳飲食店就位在蘆竹農會山腳分會旁應歸類為老派台式料理.以海鮮砂鍋魚頭著名.但不用砂鍋而是用超大不銹鋼鍋。
鍋大内容物也豊富~有顆和盆子一般大酥炸鰱魚頭.大白菜.豆腐.肉片.蝦子....最特別是上層還灑上厚厚一層老台菜才有的#蛋酥#。
其餘如猪頭肉.葱蛋.菜脯蛋.炒花枝..等也不錯。老闆推介以#燒肝#(一般稱雞卷）也可以試試!
老店没華麗装璜.桌椅餐具也老舊.菜色也没特地装飾擺盤.但烹調道地口味佳而且價錢實在很受在地人喜愛生意佳。
The Shanjiao restaurant is located next to the Shanjiao branch of the Luzhu Farmers’ Association. It should be classified as an old-school Taiwanese cuisine. It is famous for its seafood casserole and fish head. But instead of a casserole, it uses an extra-large stainless steel pot.
The contents of the pot are also rich and rich~ there is a deep fried silver carp head that is as big as a basin. Chinese cabbage. Tofu. Meat slices. Shrimp... The top layer is also sprinkled with a thick layer of old Taiwanese dishes #蛋饼#.
Others such as pork head meat, green onion egg, dried vegetable egg, fried flower sticks, etc. are also good. The boss recommends #烧脑# (generally called chicken roll), you can also try it!
The old shop is not gorgeously decorated. The tables, chairs and tableware are also old. The dishes are not specially decorated. But the cooking tastes good and the price is really popular with the locals. The business is good.
