★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 送貨司機的態度不敢苟同，極度懶惰藉口百出，客服專員毫無專業知識，前一天訂水說隔天會送達，等到隔天下午詢問的時候就說訂單可能太多司機來不及送, 客服小姐要詢問司機才能決定要不要送，司機的權位似乎比客服小姐還大。客服小姐說待會回電結果也沒再回電，再打去公司已下班非常有系統的一間公司服務真是非常的不敢苟同

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒有信用的一家公司。昨天訂好，說今天中午前送，一直等到下午去電聯絡，才被告知司機早上去苗栗，趕不回來送貨，然後又說小姐沒在單子上註明：“一定”要中午前送 ，沒有“一定”這兩個字就想說是不是隔兩天在送也可以。司機請假應是早就知道的事情，應該要派其他的司機送貨，或者提早告知客戶，小姐又一直鬼打強的問明天要不要打單送水。
若是注重信用跟時間觀念的，就要好好考慮
