★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥.... 禮拜六早上來電告知下午會送件,整個下午不敢出門就為了等包裹,結果也沒送達,打電話過去客服詢問說禮拜一會送達,結果禮拜一包裹還是沒到,整個在增笑ㄟ,這麼離譜是在跟人開甚麼貨運,去當整人專家可能還比較擅長。

收到的貨被打開再包裝過,檢查後發現少件,
聯絡客服,他們一直踢皮球:
1.說跟寄件方確認(我告知已確認過寄件方跟海關重量卻還不斷跳針);
2.把責任退給海關(海關的重量跟寄件方一致,且海關也會用海關膠帶黏,而不是普通的透明膠帶);
3.說配送環節多,叫我自己去查(出問題了你們不是應該要積極聯絡各方處理嗎?直接退給收件方,就是說“你自認倒黴”)!
4.到最後我問你們沒有其他可反映情況的地方嗎?客服不屑地說:我們就是總部客服;
我氣得不行,就說:那我要讓媒體和政府知道,客服繼續不屑地說:那你去告啊……
奉勸貴公司一句,做強做大需要好的客服和快遞員!請高層去看看各版對你們的評價吧!
