這家我很常點餐點也好吃,但是打電話外帶時,接電話的年輕小姐態度很差,讓人覺得不太舒服。 我可以體諒晚餐尖峰時間忙碌,但是客人端沒有理由要接納這樣粗魯的態度。
I often order food here and it's delicious, but when I called to take out, the young lady who answered the phone had a bad attitude, which made people feel uncomfortable. I can appreciate the busy dinner rush hour, but there is no reason to accept such rudeness on the guest side.

2021.11用餐心得:像是回到學生餐廳美食街的氛圍及口味。 我們這次給予(還可以)???三個星星為評分的結果,從店內的用餐環境屬於封閉式,餐具及調味料有特定區域,感覺有使用的痕跡。飲料機有冰開水跟其他飲品暢飲。以下的內容比較基準為大學的地下B1的學生餐廳的對比而做出來的結論,價位方面是100元-150元區間帶不算高單價,本次點了韓式牛肉豆腐煲+泡菜(130+10元)附白飯。 口味上面已經改良成(台式泡菜鍋)的路線,泡菜的酸度與韓式泡菜有著不同的風味,但是從140元的低價角度是可以接受的。牛肉的份量至少都有符合正常的大小,如塑膠湯匙可以放兩片牛肉來說,整鍋可以撈到三匙的肉量。為了避免拍照時間過長讓肉老化,有上桌之後馬上有先撈出來品嚐。 牛肉的口感像是我們來到一般的超值鐵道燒的等級,可以吃到牛肉片的纖維(筋),需要時間消化。或是說咬比較久的時間。豆腐的部分已經像是豆花散在湯裡面跟雞蛋變成蛋花湯,我們有參考其他網友照片的相同菜色,似乎跟我們這鍋視覺想像上面不太一樣。 整個用餐過程由於空氣漸漸的升溫(換氣),所以很想要快點結束用餐到外面走走。湯頭方面回憶像是學生餐廳買了鍋燒意麵湯頭部分來自麵條或是調味料粉,這次的辣味韓式牛肉豆腐煲的湯頭味道也是台式泡菜融會貫通。如果菜單直接寫(台式泡菜牛肉豆腐煲)反而多了幾分親切感。 最後環境的整潔度,也比對近期跟前一年或是前兩年多店內照片,有歷史的痕跡留在裡面,另外希望店內可以放棄使用塑膠美耐皿餐具,改成金屬不鏽鋼材質,一來更好清洗,二來不怕長時間使用讓塑膠餐具表面有老化現象及刮痕。

We don't eat carbs, so for a Ramen restaurant to be flexible to take out noodles and add in vegatables was fantastic. The Ramen without noodles and pork combo was incredible!
