不會像很多店家為了省成本包一堆魚漿或是麵粉之類的吃不到什麼肉。
湯頭也是一樣的好喝,吃了20多年了雖然沒住在南崁了。
但只要想吃肉羹或是有回來一定會來吃一下。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當地人推薦說很好吃,所以上門來試試,整體的感覺是可以吃,但是說真的感覺沒有什麼亮點,份量也不是特別多,就是價格真的有比較貴,所以我認為他就是一家剛好你住附近,或是剛好在附近肚子餓可以過來吃,但是找不到特別推薦朋友來吃的理由。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間是在地老店,專賣賣肉羹,花枝羹,我比較喜愛他們的花枝羹。花枝的外面包裹著魚漿,不會太過軟爛,口感紮實,裡面吃的到花枝塊,不會像有的店家只吃到魚漿,裡面卻是空包彈。羹湯勾芡的剛剛好,不好太濃稠,充滿了柴魚味,裡面有香菇,筍絲及蛋花。小菜種類蠻多的,印象最深刻的是豬皮,表面的豬毛處理的很乾淨,讓人吃的很安心,桌面上的辣椒很棒,好像是朝天椒搭配薑打成薑泥,一起混合,辣度有提升,感覺很棒,放置麵裡或者小菜,有加分的效果。用餐環境不錯,這家店好像只休息過年期間,平常沒有在休息的,早上6點就有營業了直到晚上約8點左右,位於南崁市場入口處巷子口,生意還蠻不錯的。喜歡吃肉羹麵的朋友可以試試看口味哦!

It seems to be Chaotian chili and ginger to make ginger paste and mix them together. , The spiciness has been improved, and it feels great. Putting noodles or side dishes in it has the effect of adding points. The dining environment is good. This shop seems to be closed only during the Chinese New Year. It is usually open at 6 am until about 8 pm. It is located at the entrance of the Nankan Market. The business is pretty good. Friends who like to eat meat soup noodles can try the taste!
