除夕預訂了半隻推薦招牌的茶鵝，剛剛午餐開封，全家都很失望，肉太乾，沒吃完。吃過南平鵝肉料理，其火候處理的比較好，肉質Juice。難得南崁市場有開鵝肉專門店，希望水波鵝店家要再用心一點，才能留住老饕。
