(Review 10months ago) Great service! This is my monthly ritual of meat and beer coma. Go for the prime ribeye! Edit(23/09/21): after dropping by here regularly almost every month since a year ago, I have to drop my 5 stars to 1 star, as the service I felt so welcomed has waned and now most of them are chasing us away just because we drink alot bar one or two waiter/waitresses who are still ‘polite’ at the same time adhering to ‘higher’ instructions possibly. To date we have never stayed over time of 2 hours, all we did was drink and eat proper within 2 hours. But we feel so unwelcomed. Sadly so this used to be my go to spot…. Please fix your staff who are rude and unwelcoming (there’s a waitress who cleared out grill 40minutes before cutoff time and cleared the food on our plates unwarrantedly on a patrons’ plate without permission when she was in the toilet and when we weren’t seeing but we caught at the corner of our eye, also stopped our beer orders 40 minutes before our 2hr cutoff time) so what are we paying for? 2 hours or 1:20hr? And mind you we clarified with the waitress our start time.

This place used to be good but several times we went there with so many empty tables they said they were full after giving us weird looks. The waitresses would approach their boss at the seating at the entrance and after some laughing they would say "sorry we are full today" with a clearly empty place on weekdays. It happened around 3 times so we stopped going there because it is insulting getting lied in your face with an unwelcoming attitude towards us. There is a serious lack of customer care in this business and grom what i read in the reviews there is a history of this same thing happening to others.
