Great food, wide selection of delicacies, reasonably priced, fast service, and a casual vibe. Can't go wrong with any of the choices.
The parent company (I-Mei) is known for being more sustainable and environmentally conscious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transform a rigid factory into tourist spot seems a great business idea and a trend in Taiwan. Visited this place was for the snack making tour. But failed due to appointment required and a lunch there seems natural. And what a menu! 蒜泥白肉 from Hunan/Sichuan，酸菜白肉鍋from Dongbei，小籠包from 江浙 and couple dishes from Taiwan. The result was a terrible medley of
tastes and flavors. Naturally, all their mainland dishes were failed. And Taiwanese dishes were above average, especially the stewed Pork Knuckles.
