★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老實說挺一般的，不說還真不知道是管理委員會，很容易就當成是個進出的出入口了，社區落成有相當長的一段時間了，應該有20年了，但環境保持的非常的清潔，這一點就相當的不容易了，正因為環境十分整潔，因此社區的大樓看起來就不像已經有20多年的屋齡了
 To be honest, I do n’t know if it ’s a management committee. It ’s easy to think of it as an entrance. The community has been in existence for a long time. It should be 20 years, but the environment is very clean. This is quite difficult. Because the environment is very clean, the community building does not look like it has been over 20 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個社區並不是一個新社區，但在建蔽律比其他社區差甚多，坪數並不是很大，但週邊餐飲，交通都非常便利，後面又有台茂購物中心。是一個適合投資的住宅！
This community is not a new community, but the construction law is much worse than other communities. The number of square meters is not very large. However, the surrounding restaurants and transportation are very convenient, and there is the Taimao Shopping Center behind it. It is a suitable residence for investment!
