路邊的薑母鴨店,遠近馳名。晚上用餐時間,來客人數簡直絡繹不絕。除了主要店面之外,還另外租下隔壁兩個店面來擴充擺放桌椅。雖然如此,卻還是無法消化眾多排隊在冷冷的冬天享受一鍋最應景最暖心的薑母鴨的客人們。優惠平實的價格,讓想滿足口腹之慾的我們點起菜來沒什麼壓力。約個三五好友就相當划算。從必備的鍋底起手,加點內臟類,米血糕,菇類,茼蒿高麗菜,鴨肉丸子,最後配上一盤超棒的麵線,一切就完美了。每一鍋的薑母鴨都是用炭火持續加熱,而這紅通通的炭火彷彿有魔力一般,使得這裡的薑母鴨跟瓦斯爐加熱的薑母鴨就是不同。記得多喝幾碗湯補身體去寒,如果湯不夠都還是可以請店員來免費添加!值得特別前來品嚐!

每次只要天氣寒冷時,第一個想吃的食物就是薑母鴨,而我通常都會想到這一家,位於蘆竹區南山路的霸味。總是覺得霸味薑母鴨就是比帝王食補薑母鴨好吃,可能關鍵就是霸味是使用炭火,而且我覺得他們的湯頭薑母及其他中藥材的比例很好,再搭配鴨肉界中的美味紅面番鴨,所以特別好吃。每次去品嚐總是會點蠻多食材配料來祭拜自己的五臟廟,我會建議鴨肉絕對不要一上桌就夾來吃,因為會很硬。盡量先吃其他的食材,鴨肉等最後再來吃是比較正確的做法。另外一定要搭配沾醬,不外乎就是豆腐乳加生辣椒醬油,真的是絕配,吃薑母鴨就是鍋裡面要放越多副食材才會更有風味更好吃,他們家的副食材都很新鮮不錯吃哦,而且必點乾麵線,一口麵線一口濃厚的薑母鴨湯真的是無法形容的好味道。現在正逢冬天,該是替自己好好進補的時候了,想吃薑母鴨的好朋友,我很推薦這一家霸味~很讚哦~?????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?????
