隔音非常差
訊號極差 手機吃到飽要連上網路全憑運氣
所以租客必須自己牽網路線
唯一優點是蠻新的

Worse than old-fashioned apartment without elevator ..
Very poor sound insulation
Poor signal, mobile phone is full of luck
