★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本人於110年6月20日下午3:38分進入此門市，告知店員要領取已付費包裹(包裹名為本人的老婆，電話末三碼255)，由本人帶著老婆的證件前往領取，店員卻告知：不是跟你講過了，店長說一定要本人(我心想：我才第一次過去領，根本不曉得)，因為之前發生過客人離婚偷領包裹，聽了非常令人不悅，我才第一次到這家店代家人領，且有帶包裹本人證件！
試問貴公司，我拿家人證件代領了這麼久包裹，還真是頭一次在「萊爾富」無法領包裹，為什麼這間店可以用一個客人的個人行為，造成其他所有客戶的不便，這間店離我們家最近，但我以後絕對會走遠一點到7-11去消費。
強烈建議貴公司針對此店的教育訓輛需加強。

May I ask your company, I took my family’s ID to collect the package for so long, and it was the first time I couldn’t collect the package at "Lairfu". Why can this store use a customer’s personal behavior and cause inconvenience to all other customers? The store is closest to our home, but I will definitely go a little further to 7-11 to spend.
