★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店面技師態度不親和。客人遇到的問題就是因為不懂才會提問的，不要以為是來找你碴的就一副好像在浪費你的時間一樣反質問客人。顧客至上懂不懂？報價輸人技術又沒比較厲害，不就是安裝車用設備罷了，給店家一個真心建議，用同理心想想顧客的感受，講話不必太直接，這樣客人回頭率才會提高。
