然後他們為此寄出貨品後還向收貨人多收一筆運費

家人自大陸寄貨回來
因逢過年時間 物品有延遲其實可以體諒
但讓人無法理解的是客服人員的態度
首先是需要提供報關資料還是在大陸的家人收到對岸集運商通知再轉知給我
物品其實已到台灣很久,而在台灣的集運業者都沒有給任何資訊
我也是自己打電話給貴司客服詢問報關資料如何處理
客服很兇的表示我填完資料要自己再打電話通知貴公司
好我想沒關係可能兩個業者合作多少會有問題
然而報關審核其實過年前已經審核通過
然後完全沒有貨物後續處理狀態可以查詢的地方
過完年後一週只好再次致電客服
客服表示物品在倉庫,因貨量大漏單還未拆貨給予物流公司
中間不斷推說都是大陸集運商的問題就算了
態度還非常的不耐煩且不客氣
請問物品在貴司倉庫放多久了?
難道貴司沒有到岸物品延遲處理機制也是他國集運公司的錯?
急著收件的人沒有地方可以查詢還未給予貨運公司的物品,這也是他國集運公司的問題嗎?
更讓人不解的是客服從頭到尾不耐煩的口氣
會給一顆星,真的是被氣到

I also called your customer service to ask how to deal with the customs declaration information.
The customer service is very fierce and said that I have to fill in the information and call me to inform your company
Okay, I think it doesn’t matter how much cooperation between the two companies is
However, the customs declaration audit has actually been approved before the Chinese New Year
Then there is no place to check the subsequent processing status of the goods
I had to call customer service again a week after the new year
The customer service said that the item is in the warehouse, and the order has not been disassembled due to the large quantity of goods.
In the middle, it is said that it is the problem of mainland consolidators.
The attitude is still very impatient and unkind
How long have the items been stored in your warehouse?
Is it the fault of other country's shipping companies that your company does not have a delayed handling mechanism for landed goods?
There is no place for people in a hurry to check the items that have not been given to the shipping company. Is this also a problem with the shipping company of other countries?
What is even more puzzling is the impatient tone of the customer service from start to finish
