點火有問題,一開始會出現溫度,幾秒後跳出E1故障碼,服務員拆開面板,說水箱碳化,連測試都沒有,就說要換點火器和水箱,又說...這樣不如直接換一台16公升新的熱水器,才買第3年啊…他說水箱要訂貨,最後請他更換點火器,卻說水箱沒換也沒用,硬是不換,收了400走人...這樣的服務態度誰還會再光顧??

於網路平台購買,聯繫裝機時間後,特別請假在家等候,最後卻被放鴿子,也無提前聯絡,直到我苦不到主動問技師何時才要過來時,對方才哀聲嘆氣說沒貨,今天不安裝。之前聯絡裝機時間時,技師態度還挺跩的,非是依顧客有空的時間,而是要以他自己方便的時間為主,因此還特別請了假,沒想到卻被放鴿子....之後也沒人對我白請假一天的損失致歉及聯繫後續處理,皆是我自己與momo台及經銷商聯繫,態度實在差勁透了!!
