★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointments are a must... I have only been here for vaccinations (for my cat, of course), and wait times have been quite long. Staff may appear impatient, but that is like due to the large amount of patients. They are professional though, so I wouldn't worry about getting subpar service here. Overall, would definitely recommend.
