When I called to make an appointment, I said that the time was all right. The store said that they would be there at 8:30. When they arrived on time, they found that they had not yet opened the door. Only one employee came late with breakfast, and waited until 9:00 when employees arrived one after another before starting maintenance. My car, not being punctual feels a bit bad.
