顧客入店後始終坐在自己的椅子上，直到顧客去「請」她來介紹。介紹的過程，不斷以藐視的口吻與顧客對話，彷彿顧客買不起？這麼簡單的燈具常識你也不知道？介紹完一個燈，又繼續回去坐，顧客若還想知道別的燈，還要再去「請」她。
一趟賞燈行程，心情無比的糟！
若非必要，不要來這家實體店受氣。
