曾	曾小米 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很少在google 做評論，但今天帶兒子來此診所打預防針時，櫃檯護士非常親切，很有耐心的先幫我看寶寶目前打預防針的狀況進去診間，陳醫師也很親切，不像某些親子診所只是問診然後下診斷，前前後後不到10分鐘就結束，但陳醫師不是，他會關心寶寶狀況，沒有醫生的架子，有問必答最重要的是，陳醫師會同理家長的心情，安撫像我們這種新手爸媽的各種不安，有一瞬間我紅了眼眶，因為我沒遇過這麼大心的醫生??? 晨	晨馡 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前貼出的貼身不佳經驗被刪除，店家如果不知反省只想掩蓋刪除負評就會持續貼上。個人經驗如下：因為兒子一直有吃飯時會咳嗽的問題，加上晚上睡覺也咳嗽前去看診，醫生聽描述內容判定是胃食道逆流或鼻涕倒流，疫情期間無法做太多診斷，但醫生態度友善講解也算專業於是相信醫生的權威判斷。取藥等了好一會兒，藥師提到藥物內容有抗生素需要一個完整療程，意味還要再掛下一次診才能把抗生素療程服完，我也知道抗生素需要一個完整療程，但因為兒子完全沒有感冒症狀，對於開到抗生素有點疑惑，還不及我開口詢問藥師看我疑惑的臉馬上就噼哩啪啦講了一堆，說什麼我幹嘛抗拒抗生素，醫師竟然開了就代表有這個需要，通常流到黃鼻涕或綠鼻涕就有抗生素的需要，這我都知道，抗生素基本就是殺細菌的，問題是我兒子連流鼻涕感冒的症狀都沒有，這樣是不是連好的菌也會殺光…我於是回答道可是他沒有流黃鼻涕呀，藥師又霹靂啪啦講了一堆像訓話一樣，口氣非常不耐煩，還抱怨浪費他時間跟我講解，其實當下就我一個看診的，我內心很火os我才浪費時間在這邊聽你訓話，基於修養不想再多講於是簡單道謝離開。回家看了藥單內容，胃食道逆流的藥和其他流鼻水、去痰、抗生素的藥全都磨成一包，也無法拆開服用，感覺就是浪費時間、掛號費還受了一肚子氣。後面補充，自己當初的疫苗是在這邊打的，當時也是受到這位大姐的氣，但我知道現在提供疫苗施打根本是在做半慈善事業，衛福部配套不全也的確辛苦這些配合的診所，所以沒什麼怨言反而很感謝施打的護士，但希望回歸專業領域的部分，醫病關係不是上下階層，我不是什麼奧客但也不爽平白受氣。
