我因為失眠問題求助中醫改善，陳醫師非常有耐心先聽我主訴症狀並問診及把脈。
除此之外，願意傾聽患者的日常或工作狀態，視為重要資訊而紀錄（或記憶）。也因為如此，我回診時，醫生竟能說出前一次看診時我說的話。
我想就是陳醫師這些點點滴滴的用心問診，才能做到用藥精準，讓我在服藥一週即能大幅改善失眠。
而有關診所空間，當針灸（或艾灸）患者較多時，可以理解室內會充滿煙薰，但也希望貴診所關照室內空氣流通的需要，否則候診時蠻不舒服的。

Regarding the clinic space, when there are many acupuncture (or moxibustion) patients, it can be understood that the room will be full of smoke, but I also hope that your clinic will take care of the need for indoor air circulation, otherwise it will be quite uncomfortable when waiting for the consultation.
