★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.清潔待加強,桌子是兩張併桌,一張是油的,請服務員幫忙擦拭後還是有食物屑
2.送餐順序有問題,第二道直接上甜湯
3.蒸籠裡有黑色菜瓜布殘體,服務員A更換、並自明細刪去後(當招待),另一位服務生送新的來在明細找不到品項,跟他大概解釋後,請他可以去問服務員A,結果沒幾秒穿背心的小姐(可能是值班經理)過來直接拿走明細看(過程都沒先開口詢問或是說不好意思打擾一下等話語),看她一臉疑惑又再解釋了一次…….剛好服務員A來了,請他跟背心小姐說明,然後…....就沒下文。
一份餐點先是有食安問題(考量到剛開幕 也很多看起來很新的服務員 就沒很介意),但重新上餐又被質疑是不是沒點這道菜兩次,(明顯人員之間無交接)之後主管小姐得知情況後也沒有任何道歉或說明。
東西好吃,以後還是會想來,但員工教育訓練要加強,尤其主管級,建議可以去隔壁美式餐廳請教他們的訓練方式。阿緯加油

A meal first had food safety problems (considering that there were many waiters who looked new at the beginning, they didn’t mind), but when I served the meal again, I was questioned whether I didn’t order this dish twice, (obviously between the staff No handover) after that, the lady in charge did not apologize or explain the situation after learning about the situation.
The food is delicious, I will still want to come in the future, but the education and training of employees should be strengthened, especially at the supervisor level. It is recommended to go to the American restaurant next door to ask them about their training methods. Awei come on

第一次點點心是在林口店,台南店也用過餐
這次用餐真的不是很愉快!

最喜歡台茂店的座位區,很多小包廂式的沙發座位,坐起來很舒服又隱密,環境不擁擠,疫情期間用餐蠻安心??

原本兩位先點完餐,後來第三位朋友到,坐了兩分鐘沒有人理會,提醒服務生才給菜單,點完餐後又過了五分鐘,經提醒才給朋友餐具,服務超級不ok!
空盤放超過10分鐘,極度佔桌面位置。
新人教育訓練超大聲,直接在桌邊訓練,新人一臉尷尬。
水杯滿滿來關心要不要加水,水杯空了五分鐘沒人理會。
最後,烤盤底渣的部分,有提醒現場服務人員,只跟我說了兩個字:「喔好」沒有後續沒有道歉,以上的品質貴店真的好意思收服務費?真不知道這樣的店家是怎麼開這麼多連鎖店的。
展店固然是好事,但餐點&服務品質也要兼顧,沒有真的做好準備就不要冒然開店,把剛開始的客人當白老鼠?一兩個新人代訓就算了,現場一堆雙眼茫然的服務生走來走去,看起來就極端不專業。
本來想給0顆星,1顆星給部分好吃的餐點。

之後二訪,服務品質有明顯提升,餐點品質普通,吳副理有特地來關心了解,感受的到他對經營這間店的熱情與努力?加油
