1.清潔待加強,桌子是兩張併桌,一張是油的,請服務員幫忙擦拭後還是有食物屑 2.送餐順序有問題,第二道直接上甜湯 3.蒸籠裡有黑色菜瓜布殘體,服務員A更換、並自明細刪去後(當招待),另一位服務生送新的來在明細找不到品項,跟他大概解釋後,請他可以去問服務員A,結果沒幾秒穿背心的小姐(可能是值班經理)過來直接拿走明細看(過程都沒先開口詢問或是說不好意思打擾一下等話語),看她一臉疑惑又再解釋了一次…….剛好服務員A來了,請他跟背心小姐說明,然後…....就沒下文。 一份餐點先是有食安問題(考量到剛開幕 也很多看起來很新的服務員 就沒很介意),但重新上餐又被質疑是不是沒點這道菜兩次,(明顯人員之間無交接)之後主管小姐得知情況後也沒有任何道歉或說明。 東西好吃,以後還是會想來,但員工教育訓練要加強,尤其主管級,建議可以去隔壁美式餐廳請教他們的訓練方式。阿緯加油
