給各位面試者的話! 間接單位(現場):作業環境吵雜,主管多數為家族人員,很會搞內鬥,多數員工皆為外籍人員,台灣人根本留不住,多少人員寫離職單反應主管態度差,管理方式隨便,身為人資人員和管理單位只會看看而已,完全沒有任何作為。 產線的、倉管人員一個個真的沒人情味。 直接單位(辦公室): 管理部也沒多好,某女主管在面談人的時候一臉懶散,還自以為自己說的話都很有理,愛問別人工作不滿處和難處,然後只會怪說是被問的人的問題,這叫對質還關懷啊⋯⋯hello 大毅缺人嗎? 沒錯!怎麼可以讓利嘴的人面談⋯⋯ 總務勞安真的雙面,和人資內鬥也很僵,而且還有那位女主管!難怪原本好好的總務跑了(可憐) 奉勸各位進來時三思,這是經驗也是歷練! (如果有零顆?還真想給) 好的主管是會讓人不願離開 好的人才是讓主管不捨離開 But here?
