★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清嘉慶元年(西元1795年)五月，欽命七府元帥即朱、李、池、邱、薛、邢、雷七府王爺，自福建省石獅市祥芝鄉斗美宮出海巡狩，初駐澎湖；清同治六年(西元1867年)轉駐後龍外埔；清同治九年(西元1870年)分派朱、李、池三府王爺經中港溪至竹南中港，信眾於塭仔頭首建得勝宮，後遷至塭內稱文德宮。因神威顯赫、香客絡繹不絕。民國六十一年(西元1972年)經三王指示、擇吉地，另建新廟，民國六十五年(西元1976年)完成，改名「德勝宮」。

Initially stationed in Penghu; Sixth year of Tongzhi reign (1867 AD) was transferred to Longwaipu; 9th year of reign Tongji reign (1870 AD): Princes Zhu, Li, and Chisanfu were assigned to Zhonggang River to Zhunan Zhonggang, and followers were in Taipa The first victory palace was built, and later moved to Kunei called Wende Palace. Because of the prestige of the gods, the pilgrims are endless. In the sixty-one year of the Republic of China (1972 AD), under the instructions of the three kings, they chose another land to build a new temple. In the sixty-five years of the Republic of China (1976), it was renamed "Desheng Palace".

宏偉的廟宇，主祀三府王爺，屬於武廟，廟前有非常寬闊的廣場；在這樣的環境中，覺得安心且舒服。
很棒的地方，有機會還想再來；四歲內的小朋友，若要入內參拜，建議注意習俗，在此不贅述。
I accidentally found a place on the road yesterday. I went there because of a chance meeting. After passing through the narrow alleys, I was surprised to see the spacious space. It feels like a village.
The magnificent temple, dedicated to the princes of the Sanfu, belongs to the Wu Temple. There is a very wide square in front of the temple; in such an environment, I feel at ease and comfortable.
